Account Suspensions

When an account is past due, all services are suspended until all of the past due invoices are paid.

If invoices are past due 7 days or longer, the entire account may be closed and all data will be lost.

Please pay all past due invoices immediately to avoid account closure.

If your account has been previously suspended in the last 12 months, we may require a pre-paid deposit on all of your services before we will restore the account.
