To cancel your account, Please follow these steps: (Note: you must cancel at least 15 days before the renewal date to avoid an automatic renewal.)
Log in to the customer area:
http://my.synapseglobal.com/
click on: "My Hosting Packages"
Then click on "View Details" for the package you wish to cancel.
From there, you can choose to request a cancellation.
If you have a paypal subscription, make sure and cancel it:
